Sierra Burnett

Sierra Burnett is a Multimedia Journalist for First Alert 7 news in West Texas.
Sierra joined KOSA - First Alert 7 in August 2024. She is a native of California. She graduated from Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland in December of 2023 where she earned a B.S. in Multimedia Journalism. Sierra served as co-anchor/reporter for Morgan State's Sports Show, worked as an intern for WBAL, and Morgan State's radio station WEAA 99.5 FM. She also participated in NBCU, an NFL Internship with the Baltimore Ravens.
In her free time, Sierra loves to work out, listen to music, and binge watch Law and Order SVU. She is an avid sports fan and loves to spend time with family and friends. She is excited to begin her journalism career at First Alert 7.
